Nicky Hilton has been looking hot lately.
Wait, lemme rephrase that. Nicky Hilton has been wearing hot clothes lately, the body that's in those clothes is, well, still a bit too skinny.
Here she is shopping (natch) in Santa Monica yesterday. And yes, rest of the country, it is that warm in LA that she could wear that adorable little strapless romper (or is it a romper dress?) in January.
