We caught Nicky Hilton at Rite Aid in Beverly Hills yesterday, and Paris' little sis totally dressed up for the occasion! Some say her style is too conservative (even bordering on boring), but we think Nicky knows what's up - I mean, you can't go wrong with a basic black outfit and a Chanel bag and Chanel flats!
