Um, Hello, Isn't It 45 Degrees Outside??
Despite the unusual winter weather we're having here in SoCal, Nicky decided to dress for spring in a pretty, yet ill-fitting frock that's more fit for warmer weather for dinner with David and Paris at the Ivy Monday night.
And we always thought Nicky was the more fashion-sensible Hilton sister!
