Nicky Hilton kept her "don't f*ck with me" mask firmly in place last night when we spotted her dining at Koi with boyfriend David Katzenberg and new Paris BFF Jeff Beacher. But where was Paris? After a busy day of shopping, more shopping and tanning, was she taking the night off?
