Well, she's their mother. If she really wanted to see them, I think she could manage. It's not like she's a helpless divorced mother, she's an actress who has money and fame, she could easily get to see them more often.
Plus, what she said about her marriage with Tom Cruise is almost obscene, first it's private, second she speaks of herself as a total victim, this is crazy!
If there are any victims in that family, I'd say it's the two oldest kids. Being adopted by two celebrities, then being neglected when both have found new families, particularly their mother. How insensitive of her to keep saying how motherhood with Sunday changed her, as if she had never had that before. She sounds like she never had children before. Maybe she thinks adopted children isn't like children from your own blood?

I think we all know "something" is preventing her from speaking out about their marriage and the children. That's why in so many articles, she always says something like "I can't" or "I won't go there". I wish I could have been a fly on the wall during their relationship.

Anyone who knows Tom Cruise knows he's an EXTREME control freak and EVERYTHING revolves around him. He and Madonna have a great deal in common--everything on schedule and not a detail out of place guess you could say he is a male DIVA. Nic had no say so in the divorce act -- she was told to comply--basically giving the kids to him to be raised with no contact with her. His young daughter now is nothing more than a show trophy just as Katie. The price you pay for the "glory" of being Tom's wife is money and you will be the bling on his arm.

Scientology doesn't allow non-scientologist parents to see the children at all. In the Cruise divorce Nic, because of public opinion, was allowed joint custody. However, the children must be home-schooled by scientologists and a can only leave the church in LA for short durations of time.

Nicole fought hard and lost. The children spend a few mths each summer and several weekends a year with her, but are not allowed to see the internet or spend time with non-scientoligists when in Kidman's company.

Anyone remember the photo of Nicole taking a young bella to Catholic mass one Sunday in LA. She was divorced VERY shortly afterwards.

Oh sure, 4:31, Nicole Kidman is Catholic. That's why she "touches wood" and plays witches in films ( Bewitched, Practical Magic, Golden Compass ) as well as women who are in love with little boys, like in Birth. Or how about the scene in The Invasion where she appears in see-through panties next to the child actor playing her son? VERY Catholic. When was the last time you heard her mention Jesus?

If you want to understand her interviews, you have to know that she is, yes, contractually obligated not to say certain things about Tom. But why not? She married him for the fame and money and knew what he was. He probably had contracts ready on their first date. But she doesn't care about her adopted kids and never has, nor does she care about Sunday, who she "had" ( adopted ) to keep herself in the news. She cares about staying famous and keeping her youth -- but she's failing at both.

I thought I would be the only one that wondered why she did not say that she felt such joy with her two adopted kids.

The kids are probably getting a good education and whatever they want...but the most important thing is LOVE..

I don't know..I love kids..wether they are my bio kids..foster or adopted or just borrowed...I could not shut a kid out like that.. its sad !

But one thing is for certain no MAN would stop me from seeing my kids,famous or not he would get a ass whupping right in the middle of the street and then I would sell the rights to his ass whupping to go to the kids! Tom is a freak! I hate him! I am a christian although not perfect at all and never will be, but this scientologist crap is not right what so ever. She needs to stand up be a women and tell Tom that if he does not let her see her kids that it is going to be on boy!
