Harlow's parents appeared to be very much in love at the Farmer's Market over the weekend. Think they went home to work on baby no. 2?

I adore Nicole Richie. Seriously! I think she's cute and witty, smart and intriguing. A celebrity you could actually sit down and have a drink with, right?

BUT...

Put on some makeup once in a while, girl! This is the second time we've spotted you without it. Anything wrong?

They both enjoy their food... and they're not afraid to show it!

So that's why celebs are so fond of their scarves! Nicole Richie covered her face with her favorite accessory in an attempt to evade photogs on Sunday morning as she got her daily caffeine fix with a gal pal in Hollywood.

Well, she tried to at least!

We spotted the Simple Life star in Hollywood the other day walking around with no makeup on. And ya know what? Nicole Richie doesn't look half bad! Something about her is just so cute that we don't care if she forgot to apply some lipstick and eyeliner.

We caught up with the legendary Lionel Richie at Maxfield on Friday, and he was gracious enough to chat with us!

And in anticipation of Nicole's 27th birthday today, he of course wished his daughter some congrats. What a sweet dad!

Nicole Richie looked worried this morning after hearing the news of ex-boyfriend DJ AM's horrific plane crash. Though it looks like her former fiance will be okay, it still has to be very traumatizing for Nicole, as the two were together for over three years.

It's a miracle Travis and DJ AM are alive, and our hearts go out to the victims and their families during this difficult time.

Wake up, get Starbucks, go to traffic school, repeat...

Just another day in the life of Nicole Richie! And she's wearing short shorts - guess that means summer isn't over yet!

Star Magazine reports that Nicole Richie moved out of her and babydaddy Joel Madden's Glendale house to stay with her mom, and she took daughter Harlow with her!

According to a pal, the couple had "a bitter fight," ending with Nicole screaming at Joel: "We're through!" The new mom returned the following day, but "this was her way of sending Joel a message."

Days later, Joel's band Good Charlotte performed at a VMA after-party at the Chateau Marmont... and the rocker partied with Mischa Barton, Nicole's friend, says a source.

Mischa had just broken up with Taylor Locke and was "dancing seductively for Joel," claims the mag.

Okay, FIRST OF ALL, we have pix of Nicole and Joel out shopping together just last Friday (see below!) and they seem perfectly fine...

Second of all, they're still living at their Glendale house while continuing to look for a new home. And third of all, Joel and Mischa? I don't think so.

They're totes just friends! We really don't trust this report... do you?

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are so inspired by watching their little Harlow grow, that they've decided to grow their commitment to the Richie-Madden foundation...and maybe even their family!

"I think being parents -- it opens yours eyes," Joel tells Extra. "Every child I look at, it reminds me of my child -- it makes me want to take care of every kid." And the Richie-Madden foundation has found a new way of doing that -- if you text the word "child" to 90999, $5 will be added to your phone bill and sent to the foundation! Sounds easy enough!

And what about another "child" of their own? "If it happens, it happens," says Nicole.

Back from Fashion Week in NYC, and back with her adorable little family, Nicole and Joel brought Harlow out to the Whole Foods for a little grocery shopping yesterday.

What do you think hurts more? Harlow's teeth coming in or Nicole's feet walking around in those ultra-high heels?

Could there be an epidemic of camera rage sweeping celebs?

The New York Post reports that Nicole Richie became so enraged when a Swedish fan tried to take her picture outside an after-party for Charlotte Ronson's show, that she "jumped over the velvet rope, ripped the camera out of the girl's hand, and smashed it to the ground," and screamed "I am not an animal!"

Really?

Does that sound like the new mellowed-out mama?

Nicole Richie is back from New York, and back to her same old routine - you know, going to traffic school in a cute outfit with a cup of coffee.

Last night the A-list ladies who attended the Marc Jacobs fashion show really dressed to impress. Posh debuted her new 'do while striking fierce poses with Jennifer Lopez, Nicole richie looked pretty good (aside from the curtain-like hem on her skirt), but supermodel Helena Christensen wins the best dressed award by a landslide. Her shortsuit is tailored to perfection, the clutch and strappy sandals are just what the outfits needs, and her hair is flawless. Take notes girls - THIS is how you do fashion week.

Anna Wintour, Sofia Coppola, and Martha Stewart were some of the other gals there, and yes, there were some boys too - the always stylish Kanye West and Jay-Z showed up to check out the models the latest stuff from Marc's Spring 2009 collection.

In addition to Jennifer Lopez and Victoria Beckham, Nicole Richie was yet another famous face at the Marc Jacobs fashion show in New York City last night. Though Harlow's mommy looks stunning from the waist up, I'm not sure how I feel about the bottom half of her outfit. The skirt looks like an upside-down leather tulip and the shoes are too clunky and casual. However, I'm loving her boobies and the sparkly headband, so she's safe this time. Can't wait to see what she wears tomorrow!

Mary-Kate and Nicole shot the shit (some high-heeled, cool, expensive shit) at the Proenza Schouler fashion show in NY Sunday night, just a couple weeks after MK was seen sharing an 'intimate' moment with Nic's baby daddy Joel Madden, on a tour bus after his NYC gig.

Water under the bridge? Old friends? Nicole has nothing to worry about?

Lilo and S Ro were certainly the talk of fashion week, especially when they sat front and center at Sam's sister Charlotte's Saturday morning show, but they weren't the only divas in Bryant Park!
