Better cover your eyes Lindsay Lohan!

Last night Nicole Richie and Samantha Ronson arrived at Jay-Z's concert at UCLA's Pauley Pavilion together, and the ladies weren't exactly chatty with photogs on the way out, but they definitely looked like they had a great time.

While Rihanna's surprise appearance was what most people were talking about, we couldn't help but notice Nicole's twins on the way out! Clearly she wanted to show them off, and we don't blame her - she looks great!

Anyway, back to Sam and Nicole ... we know Lindsay has gotten jealous of their friendship in the past, so we can't imagine how pissed she's going to be when she sees these pictures! Or maybe she's already moving on? After all, she did delete Sam from her Twitter!

Last month, Joel Madden denied rumors that he and Nicole Richie had tied the knot in a secret ceremony, but yesterday, X17online spotted Richie wearing a wedding band on her ring finger while out with Harlow at the park!

On October 21st, Joel blogged:

Married?? I keep getting emails from old friends and family asking about a wedding. NO we didn't get married.

But that was almost two weeks ago. It's definitely possible that Nicole and Joel could have pulled off a wedding since then.

Plus, that ring Nicole's wearing is a classic wedding band, it's too simple to be just an engagement ring.

So did they or didn't they?

Over the weekend Nicole Richie took her darling daughter Harlow to the Griffith Park Train Museum, and it looks like the celebritot had a blast riding on the locomotives and taking in all the sights. Since Nicole just gave birth to baby Sparrow, Harlow must be thrilled to spend some quality solo time with her mama, even though Nicole says Harlow is the perfect big sister. And speaking of mama, how great does Nicole look? So amazing how fast she's dropped the baby weight!

Whoops! At least Nicole, Joel, Harlow and Sparrow have some cold hard cash from the deal though ... a mid-six figure sum, to be exact!

Nicole Richie's baby cover is estimated to have newsstand sales of barely one million this week, according to the New York Post. While that seems like a lot, People usually sells about 1.4 million copies a week, so it is a pretty significant drop!

Sparrow sure is cute, but I guess this family is no Brangelina!

The mother of two loves to keep busy!

Nicole Richie already has a line of accessories (House of Harlow) and a maternity collection (Nicole for A Pea in the Pod) and now she's expanding with Winter Kate, a 37-piece fashion line that will hit numerous stores beginning next February, reports WWD...

"It feels as thought I've always been working on this collection," Nic says. "I've wanted to designs a clothing collection for a very long time."

And what does the contemporary women's line look like? Why, Nicole's own wardrobe of course! Do you wanna dress like Ms. Richie?

This isn't exactly a love triangle, but it's definitely a friendship triangle! We've reported in the past that Lindsay Lohan is jealous of Samantha Ronson's close relationship with Nicole Richie, and it looks like their recent night out has Lilo seeing red!

Last Friday, Sam, Nicole and Joel Madden partied at Playhouse in Hollywood, where the group did shots of lemon drops and danced together in the VIP room. Eyewitnesses tell Fox411 that Sam and Nicole were "acting like best friends, a scene that put Lindsay Lohan over the edge once she heard about it."

A source tells Fox, "When Lindsay found out that Sam was out with Nicole, she was not happy! Since Lindsay's return to court last week, she has to be extra careful for probation, and [hearing about] Sam out with Nicole hurt her."

So what's Nicole think of all this? "Nicole has made it very clear to Lindsay and to their mutual friends that she wants a better life for her," the source says. "Nicole hopes Lindsay will get it together and change her behavior, but until she makes a change, Nicole avoids her. Sam and the rest of the Ronson family have remained close to Nicole, Joel and his brothers." So basically, it's up to Lindsay to change her ways ... makes sense to us!

"Sam loves Nicole and Joel and she cares deeply about Lindsay," the source continues. "She in no way wants to hurt her, but Sam will not drop her friendship with Nicole. Lindsay takes her hanging out with Nicole personally [and] as an attack on their on/off relationship."

Think we'll ever see Lindsay get her life together and rekindle her friendship with Nicole? If Nicole was able to turn her life around, there's certainly hope for Linds, right?

Just six weeks after giving birth to Sparrow James Midnight Madden, proud parents Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are showing him off in the latest issue of People magazine.

Nicole tells the mag, "I couldn't be happier. The only thing you want is for your kids to be healthy and happy, and they are. I'm right where I belong." And Nicole isn't the only one going gaga over her newborn son! Nicole says, "[Harlow] just loves him so much," and Joel added, "She's very gentle with him." Awww!

Of course, the adorable Harlow is also in the pictures, and we're happy to report that little Sparrow is just as darling as his older sister. In fact, he looks like a miniature version of his daddy! We're definitely gushing over these beautiful shots, but we gotta wonder how much the Richie-Maddens got paid for this and how many copies this cover will help sell ... we're guessing a lot!

And then there's the rumor that Nicole Richie might now be Nicole Madden! Star magazine reports that Joel and Nicole exchanged vows during an "intimate at-home ceremony on October 14 with Joel's brother and bandmate Benji as a witness." The mag reports that Nicole and Joel were married with 45,000 other people worldwide as part of a mass wedding by the Unification Church. Hmm, really?

Joel denies the marriage reports, as he wrote on Good Charlotte's website, "I keep getting emails from old friends and family asking about a wedding. NO we didn't get married." I guess we'll have to take his word for it then!

After all, it is Halloween season! The petite mother of two grabbed coffee in Studio City earlier today, and with that hat and those shades, it looks like she was going incognito!

Think Nicole will dress up for the 31st this year? We wonder what Harlow will be!

Nicole Richie toted her adorable tot to the Good Earth this morning, where Harlow turned out to be quite the ham, waving to the photogs.

Harlow is one of the cutest celeb kids out there and we cannot wait to see what little Sparrow looks like.

Hopefully, he'll take after his big sis!

We're a week into October and you know what that means... celebs (and their kids) are about to start visiting the pumpkin patch!

Even though her fender bender yesterday with a photographer appeared to be minor (her black Range Rover appeared to have just a few scratches and dents on the back bumper), it looks like Nicole Richie was in some serious pain after the crash, as she was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center immediately after the accident.

A little bit later in the afternoon, we spotted Nicole's bodyguard picking up medication for her, and interestingly enough, he went to one of Michael Jackson's old spots, Mickey Fine Pharmacy in Beverly Hills. I guess they have a large celebrity clientele? Anyway, Nicole's muscle didn't answer any questions about his boss, but we hope she feels better soon!

Earlier this afternoon Nicole Richie was rear ended by a photographer in her black Range Rover, and the mother of two was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center shortly after the crash.

Lt. Tony Lee of the Beverly Hills Police Department released the following statement:

"Ms. Richie was driving with a passenger around 2 p.m. when she was struck by two photographers driving in one vehicle behind her. She complained of pain, and her passenger is transporting her to a local hospital. Her car sustained moderate damage. No paramedics were called to the scene."

Lee added that the driver of the other vehicle was arrested for driving without a license, which will likely result in a misdemeanor traffic violation. The photographer's vehicle was towed, and he's currently being booked.

X17 photographers snapped Nicole's mother Brenda arriving to the scene of the accident in another black Range Rover, and Benji Madden showed up as well, helping Nicole into Brenda's vehicle, at which point she was whisked away to Cedars-Sinai. Nicole's Range Rover was left at the scene of the fender bender, and we're being told that the bodyguard is on his way to pick up Nicole's scratched SUV right now.

On September 29, Nicole Richie tweeted "RIP long locks" and posted a shot of her blonde tresses on the floor of the hair salon, and two days later she debuted her new 'do when she stepped out to dinner with Jessica Alba at Church & State in downtown LA.

X17online was the first to post pictures of Nicole's shorn locks, and we were also the first to post the shots of the hot mama showing off her new look with Harlow over the weekend, so we don't really understand what all the fuss is about! It doesn't look that drastically different, does it? Still the same sexy bedhead look to us!

X17online is the first to report that Nicole Richie got into a minor fender bender on Canon and Wilshire in Beverly Hills around 2pm this afternoon.

Nicole was driving her black Range Rover when she was rear ended by another driver, and though no injuries were reported, the police were called to the scene.

On Saturday afternoon, hot mama Nicole Richie went to a park in Bev Hills with little Harlow, and even though the adorable celebritot looked thrilled to check out the ducks, Nicole appeared frazzled and exhausted!

Babydaddy Joel Madden tweeted that he was having "a blast" spinning at Prive in Las Vegas and Push in Robinsonville, Mississippi over the weekend, but it def didn't look like Nicole was enjoying her time here without him!

Of course, she did JUST give birth to little Sparrow so we gotta cut her a break, but it looks like her kiddos are totally wearing her out! Now that Joel's back in town, we're guessing he's going to be on daddy duty while Nicole catches up on her beauty rest!

Last night Nicole Richie and Jessica Alba met up with some gal pals at Church & State restaurant in downtown LA, and it looks like the hot mamas had a fabulous time catching up.

An X17 photographer on the scene tells X17online exclusively, "Jess and Nicole chattered away the entire night, and even though Nicole didn't want to be photographed when she left the restaurant, she was clearly in a good mood from her girls' night out. It looks like we might be seeing more of these two together in the future!"

Aww, now we're super excited about the possibility of seeing Honor and the adorable Harlow on a play date!

Selena Gomez had a big concert at The Roxy on Saturday and, while I'm sure she rocked out on stage and all that, we were more excited to see Nicole Richie's AMAZING post-baby bod... again!

The mother-of-two (along with babydaddy Joel Madden) took little sister Sofia to the Disney starlet's concert in West Hollywood this weekend - or "she took me," as Nic tweeted! - but all we're lookin' at is Richie's fine figure!

Is it even possible to look this good so soon after giving birth???
