Her hair looks alittle messy today, but she looks like she's also gained that weight that everyone keeps saying she hasn't. I'd say she's 95 pounds here, I love nicole richie but this outfit isn't her best selection. Let's hope she's shopping for something better.

smoking pot makes you thin!! You can stamp out the cravings, then once you do that your metabolism strengthens, I know because I used to smoke pot and I lost 2 stone w/o even trying.
