Nicole and Joel on a Practice Run?

We spotted soon-to-be-parents Nicole Richie and Joel Madden in Beverly Hills with Nicole's sister Sofia yesterday. First the group grabbed Ice Blendeds at the Coffee Bean before dining at Xian last night. Are they getting ready to welcome a little girl of their own? As soon as Nicole saw our cameras, she freaked and bolted for the car where she hid under covers in the back, letting the little girl climb in the front. Gee, I hope that's not how Nicole behaves when she has one of her own!!

Nicole is an Only Child with her mom Brenda. But Lionel has 2 other kids with his second wife: Myles and Sofia.

Nicole and Sofia really look alike, exactly like blood sisters. I have a feeling Nicole is not even adopted!!!!
