Better question do we care? I know I do not, but when someone is in trouble, hurting or perhaps using because of the harm being being done to them aren't the same people who "had no problem soaking up media attention when Lindsay was at the top of her popularity", be the same people who surround her to support and protect her? They would not because deep down they only care about themselves and their careers, and if she is in the way, she will be ignored, are there any "real friendships in Hollywood?" I do not know Lindsay but I feel for her as she is hounded and gets no relief from the paps, it must be horrible. And for the post about "Benji Madden', he is the worst sort of media whore,as he runs around with a bunch of grown men in capes like a bunch of children, and then posts videos of women who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol for the amusement of his boy club. This type of passive aggressive behavior is an abuse of media power as he posts these videos to harm and humiliate strangers, the very act he "proclaims to be against as a celebrity". Benji is just as bad as the paps or worse as he has many who would join in to humiliate a defenseless private citizen in the hopes to get his attention.
