It seems like ages since we've seen Nicole Richie without Brody Jenner by her side, but if there's anywhere she might want to go by herself, it'd probably be the doctor's office!
But what we can't figure out is why she'd be going to the doctor in the first place - she told Tyra she's NOT suffering from an eating disorder, so why all the frequent trips to doc? Persistent yeast infection? A nasty hacking cough (though we haven't seen her coughing)? Ingrown toenail? Could be anything, really ...
