We spotted young couple Nicole Richie and her beau Joel Madden out for a stroll in the Hollywood Hills the other day, and they looked just as happy as can be... right?

Haven't seen baby Harlow in a while, though - don't hide her much longer, guys!



Nicole is still so adorable. Can't wait to see her back on TV again!
