Spotted: Former DH actress Nicolette Sheridan leaving a salon in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. She still looks fab for her age, but will she actually work again?

Well, not really new - we've seen this guy with her a couple times now, but it seems like the couple is def getting serious!

Yesterday we snapped ex-Desperate Housewife Nicollette Sheridan with a mystery man, and the two pranced around Beverly Hills looking quite businesslike. Is he a hot agent or a new love interest?

Oh, Nicolette. You're not even on Desperate Housewives anymore! And don't go to Mr. Chow if you don't wanna be photographed.

Anyway! Who's the arm candy? Nic never has a problem finding a man, I'll give her that!

She may be 45, but she's certainly showing the younger gen how to do it (I'll let you guys decide exactly what "it" is) at MyHouse Friday night, where the Desperate Housewife partied until 2am.

Ok, she does have a bit of the Madonna grandma hands thing going on, but in that dress, I'm certainly not looking at her hands.

Nicollette Sheridan went to the Ivy last night for dinner, and an X17online source at the restaurant tells us that the now ex-Desperate Housewife was there with rumored fling/ladykiller David Spade! When the two were finished, David snuck out the back entrance while Nic braved the hordes of paps on the Robertson side of the building.

We know these two have been out together before, but getting dinner somewhere like this is a pretty big statement, especially this close to V-Day! Oh yeah, and that look-at-me cleavage and perfectly flat ironed hair definitely aren't a coincidence either - someone was ready for their closeup! I mean, why else do stars go to the Ivy?

Nicollette Sheridan is saying "so long" to Wisteria Lane!!!

Extra! confirms the blonde beauty is quitting Desperate Housewives after five seasons on the show.

"Nicollette had a great time on the show is looking forward to her next project," her spokesperson said.

And by "project" we're guessing she means running around on the beach in a bikini with a glass of Pinot Grigio and posing for the paparazzi.

Nicollette Sheridan went to lunch at Shibuya Sushi in Calabasas over the weekend, and despite what the pictures above might lead you to believe, Nic's gorgeous golden retriever Oliver was NOT her date. Nicollette Sheridan took advantage of the above average temps and soaked up the sun on her Malibu porch yesterday afternoon. Of course, Nic's golden retriever Oliver was by her side, and she even posed for a few shots with her main man. Hey, men come and go, but dogs are forever!

The Desperate Housewives hottie celebrated her 45th birthday this weekend at Luau restaurant in Beverly Hills with friends and family... oh, AND funnyman David Spade! (No, still not a typo.)

An X17 photog on the scene tells us that "the two looked very cozy inside... and I just kept thinking to myself, 'how does David always get all these hot girls?!'"

We ask ourselves that same question!
