I had a state trooper shake my hand at an accident scene, and I'm not famous.

I hope you guys let the police do their jobs and quit with the speculation -- the "our source said..." BS.

I think he walked away because he was in shock. That CAN happen after a big accident like that! People do strange things when they are in shock... And I have had an officer shake my hand.

The paparazzi caused the crash, the 2 SUV vehicles are clearly parked in the middle of the street, blocking traffic. They took the picture of Bloom in his wrecked car seconds after it happened. There is clear evidence that the paparazzi took that picture.

There was a witness and they said they got right in the paps faces screaming they had caused this. They said they couldn't believe the paps caused the crash and then they went on to video tape the people that were hurt never offering any help.

Paparazzi are often agressive and use ruthless means to get their shots these days, but they don't force celebrities to go to clubs and trendy places where other celebs hang out! The white Lexus SUV is seen in the video earlier in the night before the accident even happened(at another location). One of the photgraphers can be seen running to get into the silver SUV while filming the aftermath of the accident. Of course they caused the accident, its all on film.

I just watched this whole video (unedited but no crash to be seen...). I am not a fan of Orlando Bloom - I don't even know what movies he has been in. However, he reached his hand out when the cop came, he was very close to the cops several times and if there were an alcohol scent, they would have known it, and he walks fine. Throughout the whole video, he never weaves or walks in a drunken way.

I see nothing that indicates he did anything wrong. He wasn't fleeing the scene. The car was registered to him and he knew there were crazy paps all over. How far would he have gotten? I didn't like the way Orlando showed litle emotion and seemed to be moping around. He seemed to be concentrating on how to get himself out of the whole mess. Firstly, I'm a huge Orly fan. If those 2 chicks were his friends then he's not much of a friend is he? How can a man leave two injured ladies in a car wreck? He is definitely not drunk. But I do have to question his morals.

For all those saying - "oh he ran away in shock" - that is such bull.

If any reasonable person had an accident with two other people in the car, the first thing they'd do is find out if everyone is okay. If it was clear that one of them wasn't, they'd stay there and help and make sure the person got medical attention as soon as possible.

In this case one woman was obviously injured. She was bleeding from the head, for Christ's sake. Orlando took off and left her to bleed in the street. He's a jerk on that score alone.

I agree it's amazing how x17 has a video of everything that happened that night EXCEPT THE ACCIDENT!! Wow isn't that interesting?! The police have said that he had no alcohol or drugs in his system, that is one of the differences between his accident and Britney's. Do you honestly believe that the LAPD especially now with all of the people they are grabbing and putting in jail would let him go if they even had a hint of anything wrong from him. GET REAL. Every eye witness,except the paparrazzi I might add, have said it was not his fault at all that another car cut him off. And yes if you really look at the video you see nothing with the actual accident on it but isn't it convenient that they just sort of got him "running away". Oh yeah if you believe that I really want to meet you and your money in person. As I said before it was a stupid accident, his friends are not worried about it and will never pursue it and if the person whose car he hit thinks he is going to get money from Orlando he is crazy the insurance company will deal with him and not Orlando he has nothing to sue him about he wasn't in the car when it was hit and I'm sure will have it completely repaired with no money from his pocket so can we now all talk about about something else and get over it.

First, that footage was clearly edited so trying to pass it off like it wasn't is bullshit.

Second, HE WAS WALKING AWAY TO DRAW THE FUCKING VULTURE PAPARAZZI WHO WOULD RATHER STAND AROUND SNAPPING SHOTS OF A BLEEDING AND INJURED WOMAN INSTEAD OF GIVING HER OR BLOOM SOME BIT OF RESPECT IN A SITUATION THE PAPS HAD CAUSED. If you had any brain in your head you could see that. He was sober and knew that the fucking photographers would not go away unless he did, so he walked off for a bit and then they pointed out how they would spin the situation. He's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't, because no matter what he does people will smear it. If he was really that much of a bastard he would've flown off the handle in a situation like that, but instead he was completely collected in the face of that harassment which is more than any one of you idiots could claim if you were in his position, you fucking bottomfeeders.

Tabloids will readily report if a star is drunk, and he was reported as NOT BEING DRUNK. And unless your ass was in the hospital while they were testing him, you can shut the fuck up because you don't know.
