Okay! I am huge Orli fan. This vid does hurt a little bit. But the argument was really nothing. There is no video of the accident--which is unbelievable considering there's tons of footage of the aftermath. I think the paps caused the accident, but deny having any footage of it. Who wants to implicate themselves in causing an accident with injury? Sorry, does look like Orli was walking away. But he doesn't look drunk. If the police say there was no alcohol or drugs, chalk it up to celebrity behavior. He really should've hired driver. The paps really shouldn't provoke the situation either. Someone should have grabbed their cameras and forced them to reveal the footage they have of the accident they caused. If not for them, there may not have been this accident in the first place. TMZ should be shut down for good!!

9:28, drugs stay in your system for well over 12 hours after taking them, and alcohol, (if he was drinking as much as they say) would also show up in his system hours later. your liver can only process 1 glass of alcohol out of your body an hour. and the police said there were no drugs and alcohol involved. One must remember that the immediate after effects of any accident can result in confusion. I don't think he realized what he was doing and when the paps reminded him what was going on, he "came to" and immediately went back to the car. As for TMZ reporting that this is a major accident? I think not, he hit a parked car. The only person injured was the passenger in the back. Did she have her seatbelt on? Anyone with a laceration to the head can go into shock, as she so clearly has done. As for the Paps causing the accident, that remains to be seen, altough they have been known to be quite aggressive when trying to make a story up.

How did the paparazzi make him steer his car into the parked car without hitting him? He is still required to drive with sufficient caution. I'm not saying the photogs weren't a contributing factor, but I fail to understand that Mr. Bloom is innocent. He was involved in an accident with a parked car, not a paprazzi car.

If you watch the other videos on this web site that lead up to before the crash you can clearly tell that alchohol was involved. Especially the female driver when she could not tell that the car was already running and after being told this her and Orlando started laughing. Dont get me wrong I am a huge Orlando Bloom fan and am not saying the paparazzi following them did not lead to the cause off the accident but Orlando did the wrong thing. For him to just start walking away from the scene and leaving those women hurt like they were was shocking.I know he was probably scared but he should of used better judgment of his actions.

When you get in an accident - you're in shock. I did the exact same thing. You hit your head, and it's like you're in some play. Give him a break. he made a mistake. He will pay for it. But quit the judgement on his immediate reaction. Everyone deals with things in their own way. Shock. I still feel guilty about my immediate response. I'm sure he already feels bad enough as it is that his own friends were injured in the ACCIDENT, emphasis on ACCIDENT. It's not like he intentionally meant to get into the crash.
Don't you think that it's bad enough that the paparazzi follow him around EVERYWHERE, not to mention turning this one accident into a media frenzy.
Everyday there are accidents, but we (non-celebrities) are lucky enough where we don't have to live with it being scrutinized in the media (in certain cases).
AND anyone that has ever been involved in any type of accident, which I don't wish upon anyone, it pulls you out of your comfort zone, you're mind is basically paralyzed, and you just don't know what to do.
I know that's how I felt when I got into my 1st major car accident...I still don't like to think about it & that was more than 7 years ago. =(
Orlando was in shock. He was most likely scared and confused.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but I just think this is being blown way out of proportion.
Like I said before, every day, every hour, there are accidents that are occurring through out the world that go unheard of, yet if a celebrity is involved it's all over the web & becomes the news of the day.
Just something to think about.

Some news that definitely deserves more attention/focus on is the # of shootings occuring on elementary/middle school/high school/college school campuses lately and/or that have been prevented. The most recent is the School shooting in Cleveland, Ohio.
The shooter was a 14 yr. old boy.
He was 14 yrs. old.
Also the prevention by local/state police of another high school "Columbine" type event in Pennsylvania.

It breaks my heart when you hear about children/teenagers/young adults, that feel/believe that their only option is to kill, that they are the one's that are committing these heinous acts of violence.
The innocent victims and the perpetrators/shooters are mostly under the age of 25.
My heart hurts for all the family and friends that are connected to these tragic events. These young souls still had so much more to experience and to look forward to, but that life, that experience was all taken away from them.

Another event that also deserves more attention is the People of Myanmar (formerly known as Burma) and the Buddhist monks who are advocating/protesting for their civil rights and democracy against a repressed military gov't.

If people decide to give Orlando Bloom & other celebrities some privacy in their lives and focus their attention on other socially-challenging/political/worldly/ethical issues, maybe someone might have an idea about a resource/program or a way of improving/resolving the many issues that are occurring in our society and/or in other countries at this very moment.

I hope and pray Orlando can move on from this situation, learn from it, and be grateful that him and his friends are still alive.
That's the most important thing, that they are all still alive & no critical injuries occurred.
I believe that in every situation, whether it's good or bad or how important or insignificant it may be, there is always a lesson to be learned and to grow from.

Have any of you even considered the fact that he might just have been freaking out when he walked away?? The same rules apply in UK as in US in this case, a hit and run is illegal. Orlando Bloom knows this, especially seeing as drivers ed. is more thorough in UK than in US (and I'm saying this as a resident of neither country). Who knows what would've happened without the papparazzis there -- he might not have walked away at all! Dealing with something like that is stressful enough, and I bet it's a hundred times worse when you have 20 cameras snapping pictures of you while it happens. I'm not saying what he did was right, cus it wasn't. I'm just saying that you should go easy on him, instead of being so judgemental. The edited video posted by paparazzi cannot be a sufficient evident which cannot say Orlando is leaving the scene.
