Someone is having a heated argument on the phone, is in a crap mood already, and you snap their pic, they say "please delete it", you then have the nerve to ask for a posed picture when you see someone is in a rotten mood. The fan was rude, too. He's out at dinner, not at a premiere. And as far as I have always heard Orlando is never anything but good to his fans, as many who have met him will tell you.

You can see the frame in the beginning of the video, the EXACT frame, of when that "camera picture" was taken by the girl, which means the paps were there too. Well it wasnt well done by any of the parties. You do NOT go up to someone on the phone when they are having a heated argument on it and take a sneak pic of them. Thats just low. He did ask her politely to delete it. But she did ask for a pic of him and he turned her down. It could be she does not live in the area and was in town. There are ALOT of different reasons for her to ask. On his part there are alot of different reasons for him turning her down. Just because someone is in the public eye does not mean they are at everyone's call 24/7. They have a life also. We should all respect that. We wouldnt want someone taking our pics without our permission all the time. So I do see where he is coming from. But he does come across as a jerk some of the time. wow. i can't believe how low the paparazzi have gone. i've always been a defender of a person's right to make a living but i realize now that the right to privacy is so much bigger than that. it is possible to find a job that doesn't invade peoples privacy and possible ruin their reputation. some may try and argue that becoming famous and eventually followed are one of the many "perks" that comes with being an actor. well, i don't have a good counter argument to that other than there is a big difference between being followed and what the paparazzi are doing now. it's hit a new low and legal action needs to be taken.
