For your information Chels I never even knew this site existed until someone from a board posted the link. As for his "Rights" and "Obligations" that you say he has is wrong. I didn't know that, but I alwys had the feeling that the fact that he was a sellout since the beginning and never proved himself up to par with good acting skills has excluded him from the A-listers' circles by his fellow actors. They know the deal and they're pretty selective.

Well it wasnt well done by any of the parties. You do NOT go up to someone on the phone when they are having a heated argument on it and take a sneak pic of them. Thats just low. He did ask her politely to delete it. But she did ask for a pic of him and he turned her down. It could be she does not live in the area and was in town. There are ALOT of different reasons for her to ask. On his part there are alot of different reasons for him turning her down. Just because someone is in the public eye does not mean they are at everyone's call 24/7. They have a life also. We should all respect that. We wouldnt want someone taking our pics without our permission all the time. So I do see where he is coming from. But he does come across as a jerk some of the time. He knew what he was getting into when he got into this business. If you ask them politely you might get what you want, instead of hounding them. Try that instead! wow. i can't believe how low the paparazzi have gone. i've always been a defender of a person's right to make a living but i realize now that the right to privacy is so much bigger than that. it is possible to find a job that doesn't invade peoples privacy and possible ruin their reputation. some may try and argue that becoming famous and eventually followed are one of the many "perks" that comes with being an actor. well, i don't have a good counter argument to that other than there is a big difference between being followed and what the paparazzi are doing now. it's hit a new low and legal action needs to be taken.

Not only that, but you got your own cameramen saying awful, insensitive things in public. There was no professional journalism about this. They did not express condolences, or show any sympathy- they were mean-spirited jackasses. The Golden Rule states "Do unto others..."
