Owen Moves On

We spotted the troubled actor throwing a small housewarming party at his spankin' new Malibu mansion yesterday afternoon, with a guest list restricted to friends (like Woody Harrelson) and family (like brother Luke). We're pleased as punch for Owen's big move - a change of scenery (especially as, er, scenic as Owen's new pad) can do wonders for a person!
