Diddy Didn't Do It!
Sounds like today brought good news for a certain Bad Boy - the New York Daily News is reporting that rap/fashion/television/nickname mogul Sean "P. Diddy" Combs won't be charged for his alleged role in a New York nightclub bathroom beatdown last month! Initially, Combs was accused of punching a fellow clubgoer in the mouth twice following a dispute over the fellow's girlfriend, but since the incident the other clubgoer has refused to cooperate with authorities and related differing versions of the sequence of events. Combs' lawyer was quick to commend the law for "not allowing this private disagreement between two acquaintances to turn into a criminal charge" - not to mention freeing his client up to cut a sequel to Press Play!
Kinda gives Diddy's "My lawyer's so bad that Diddy got acquitted" line in the "I Get Money" remix a little more oomph, huh?
