I actually made the same mistake. I'm a vegetarian but I bought my uggs before that. I live in a very cold climate and I don't have the same money that Pam does to just throw away $180 shoes... but I definately won't buy any more. Me throwing them away won't do anything now though...

Actually mally it's their skin being used not the fur, hence they have to kill them to get the skin off. So before you start calling people idiots you need to make sure you're not an ignorant fool yourself. And you're in no position to be judging someone's life, well that's if you're God or whoever created this messed up world. I bought some synthetic ones the other day from a vegan website store. I am not a vegetarian, but I do care about animal welfare. I was worried because my old UGGs were so incredible, but these are proving to be worth the $50! Saved tons of money and they are so warm here the cold Colorado. Hunters and other people who have no compassion for innocence are underdeveloped. Their brains are more primal. They like to kill because they haven't developed as much as those of us who realize that the torture and killing of innocent creatures is wrong. They feel they must conquer. They are cowards because they hide behind weapons. Any moron can destroy something with a big gun. It's brainless, it's primal, and it's pure ignorance. Any fool who thinks they are above others deserves to be tortured, horrified, shot, stabbed, and destroyed like they do to the innocent beings out there that never did anything to deserve what they got; just to get a taste of what it is like.
