With the weather turning warmer recently, Paris Hilton decided she couldn't wait for the official start of Spring (March 20th, if you must know) to break out her pretty Spring florals!
We think this dress is just darling on her, but is it over-kill with the matching blue bag and blue-and-yellow Ray Bans?
