Nicky Hilton might not be able to pick a business partner, but that doesn't mean she can't take over a hotel - with a little help from David Katzenberg, of course! Nicky's boyfriend rented out Teddy's at the Roosevelt Hotel last night for a private party, and the guest list read like a who's-who of Hiltonia - Paris, Nicky, Elliot Mintz. (Heck, Paris was even thoughtful enough to bring the twins out for the evening!) We also spotted E!'s Sal Masekela, who gave us a sneak peek at the standing's for tomorrow's Daily 10 - or should we say Daily Hil-Ten?
