The media is only one that cares Paris is getting out of jail. I don't believe most of the public does so I don't understand why the media is making such a big deal of this.

drama queenie - I sure as heck don't know her and don't claim to know anyone who does. But having seen the tapes where she uses the "F" word and the "N" word, etc, she makes me want to vomit. The judge said she had to serve her 45 days now and that the original sentence of 24 days was out the window.

You get 0ne day off for every 4 days of good behavior. Isn't that 5 days off with 40 days still required? It hasn't been 40 days so what is going on here?

Hey 6:35, That's one day off for every good day. The judge sentenced her to 45 days. She is only required to serve 23 because that's a State law. Federal is 15% for good time, I know.
