We certainly hope that brown stuff on Paris' maxi-dress is part of the design, and not the result of a spray-tan gun gone awry!
The heiress stopped by Chin Chin for a little lunch after her trip to the tanning salon. Let's hope she wasn't attacked by Sriracha Sauce too!
