Does this look like a woman whose ex-boyfriend spurned her for her arch-enemy? Yes, while Lindsay and Stavros were doing whatever at Chateau Marmont on Saturday night, Paris Hilton was out in Vegas at Hugh Hefner's Playboy party at Pure - and from the looks of these pictures, she didn't appear to have missed a beat! Our cameramen caught Paris shaking her stuff on stage with a few new soulmates (or should we say polemates?) before sliding to the ground in an exhausted, ecstatic heap. (Too bad we couldn't find out whether or not the DJ was spinning "I Will Survive"!)
