I have nothing against Paris but her interview with Larry showed that she is not good at articulating herself. This is the problem with certain people, just because they have people behind them helping them make good business decisions doesnt mean they are intelligent. From what I can see, Paris articulates well enough. She is just very soft spoken, which is a far cry from the shrill bitches we see all over TV these days.
But it does not mean Paris lacks intelligence. That would be reserved for the people who deliberately misunderstand what Paris said.

I also think she should get some more education. With all that money, she should be taking advantage of education way more often. I think it will also allow her to make better decisions. I think she relies more on gut feeling, from what I read, and this might in some ways be better than a "rational" way.

If she made those remarks about public school people or other races, I think the best thing for her to do would be to sincerely apologize on tv for it. I am not sure if people will like her more because of it, but I think people will be more forgiving because of it.

This is bad news because Antioch is a leader in promoting tolerance and acceptance of new ideas. The school is innovative in terms of its ideals. For example, students do not receive letter grades at Antioch, the receive narrative evaluations.

The Board has stated the school will remain open for the 2007-08 school year and then it will close on July 1, 2008 for a four year hiatus. This will mean students will loose the opportunity to learn.
