Paris Gives Our Cameramen A Workout

Instead, Paris chose to get some fresh air and sunshine while she still had the chance, hitting a bike trail up in the hills as her trainer kept her motivated. Most importantly, though, Paris finally started working her cheek muscles again as she posed with fans outside of her house and flashed what feels like her first smile in a week. Let's hope this clip of Paris and her trainer leaving our cameraman in the dust brings her another one!

Paris, How tight is the suspension in that bike? Examine the bike seats at the gym and compare them to the seat on your bike. Are they the same size or comfort level? I wouldn't think so... I swap my saddle out for a spring-loaded gel when I haven't cycled in a while. I find that my butt is the only thing that hurts if I use my racing seat.

"A wide, padded saddle is the most comfortable."

Nice padded cycling gloves. Important to wear those, because the next thing to hurt is the wrists.

I know this trail in the Los Angeles forest... Paris could drive there with some friends... The paparazzi would be singing happily and carrying on... thinking they might be going to Vegas... then she turns her car onto a fire trail... stops the car... and begins to run. The paparazzi would jump out... start chasing her as usual...
In less than one half mile... the paparazzi are gone.
