Yes, the eye is possibly fixable, her condition is a form of esotropia, a eye muscle disorder that can be fixed by surgerically tightening muscles in her eye and/or wearing glasses that well help the muscles center the eye.
The condition presents itself when the eyes are tired and the muscles in her eye don't respond to normal brain to muscle corrections. She needs the surgery and I sure she already knows that she needs glasses, contacts don't help the condition!!!

Some people arent perfect but they still look good, and some people dont look good even with the most perfect nose, eyes ect. stop hating.
