No one's gonna call Paris the "hardest working woman in show biz", but you can't deny that she loves to turn it on in front of the camera! Paris was full of energy when she arrived on the set of her new Italian commercial shoot yesterday, but as the long hours of the shoot wore on, our party girl started to wear down. She struggled to walk in her sky-high patent leather heels and they even had to write her five lines down on cue cards for her so she wouldn't forget!
