Do YOU Want Paula Back On Idol?
Of course! She and Simon are the show.
Paula Abdul's manager tells The LA Times that his client does not have a contract proposal for the new season of American Idol and auditions start August 6th.
David Sonenberg has this to say:
- "I find it under these circumstances particularly unusual; I think unnecessarily hurtful. I find it kind of unconscionable and certainly rude and disrespectful that they haven't stepped up and said what they want to do. She's not a happy camper as a result of what's going on. She's hurt. She's angry. I think at this point we're going to be considering everything, including some kind of a competition show. She has tremendous ideas for a whole variety of shows."
Hmm, is all this hype just to build interest for the new season? I know some may think it's about Paula vs. new judge Kara, but don't you think that both will return and that any story you read about Idol merely an attempt to get the ratings back as high as they used to be?
