Another friend claims "the pregnancy stories aren't true." Hmm, we wonder about that still!

Adding fuel to the pregnancy rumor fire, Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem were spotted outside of an Ob-Gyn clinic in Madrid earlier this week.

The Spanish couple were seen leaving the Hospital Ruber Internacional, the exact same location where the Beckham's youngest son, Cruz, was born in 2005.

She's been vehemently denying rumors she and Javier were expecting, but with this latest news, coupled with these pix, can she really deny it for much longer?

Despite being photographed with what appeared to be a visible baby bump, Penelope Cruz is reportedly upset over speculation that she is pregnant.

X17 photographers snapped Penelope on two separate occasions looking totally preggers, but then we photographed her a third time smoking a cigarette, which made us question whether or not she was with child.

When X17online contacted Penelope’s rep regarding the photos, calls and emails were not returned.

However when Penelope was asked at the Toronto Film Festival last night about the news, she snapped at reporters. When speaking with USA Today the actress denied the rumors, saying, “I start[ed] getting some presents from friends saying, 'Congratulations, you're pregnant.' And I say, 'No, I'm not, so return the presents.'"

The Oscar-winning stunner was snapped on set in Los Angeles yesterday, and even though she placed her hands over her tummy, we still saw what we believe to be a fairly substantial baby bump!

We caught the mommy-to-be (we hope!) at the Chez Gabriella Skin Artist salon in Beverly Hills yesterday and with that high-waisted dress, that full bosom, and the beginnings of a baby bump peeking out, it seems the actress and her boyfriend Javier Bardem may finally be calling themselves parents in a few months.
