monarquia parlamentaria=kingdom+president.We have several countries like this in europe..please.learn a little bit of history!
The king, is a royal figure but in fact he has very little to do in politics. It stands there because of tradition.The laws and decissions of the parliament not only rule the state but the funcions and duties of the monarchy itself!

Check the fil director,this woman, Isabel Coixet who's been winner for several years of the spanish ciematography awards. Almodovar is embarrasssing to me, he's so out!

That's true. We have a "president" (Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero(reelected in last March parlamentary elections ) and a King (Juan Carlos I, diplomatic figure, not politic). What we call "president" is in fact the same figure as the "prime minister" in UK.
