The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, also known as Heath Ledger's final film performance (completed with the help of Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell), had its premiere at the AFI FEST Monday night and Phoebe Price was one of the biggest celebs to show up. Ouch.

Regardless, I truly hope this film is good! RIP, Heath.

The international fashionista slash supermodel got caught outside in the rain today after apparently getting into a little fender bender of sorts... but she looks okay! At least it was only a scratch on the back of her car, and at least she has that gorgeous umbrella to keep her dry while she talks out her sitch with the hot cop.

Cuz this has got to qualify as animal abuse!

Phoebe Price made her yearly trip to the pumpkin patch, where, in the absence of any children/a life, the desperate D-Lister took her poor little pup.

While Phoebe lapped up the photo-op, the dog was furtively searching for a hole in the fence to escape.

Phoebe implored X17online to help her find the guy who got "butt nekkid" on the beach to let him know that his wife (who pantsed the poor sap) "showed his wee wee to the world - and it wasn't that big of a wee wee!" The pic we snapped of his, er, short-comings, has been published in magazines all over the globe!

And, as Phoebe pointed out, the sudden fame might cause the un-endowed couple to "get a divorce!"

So if any of you out there see the poor guy, please let him know that if he thinks he's being followed by a drunk, freckled sailor, it's just Phoebe Price.

Er, uh, I dunno! We joke about Phoebe Price sometimes, but she actually looks pretty good in her beachwear.

Who knows what Cuba Gooding, Jr. is thinking in this pic - or drinking, for that matter! - but he's hot sans shirt! So we'll call it a tie. A better question might be, who has the stronger career between Phoebe and Cuba? Now THAT is a tough one.

On Sunday afternoon Phoebe Price had a productive day of running errands, posing for pictures and prancing around on the beach in Malibu, but one thing not on her schedule? Getting flashed by a fan!

Apparently Phoebe didn't even know the guy -- he asked to have his pic taken with the star and when the cameras started snapping his girlfriend pulled down his pants and showed us his frank and beans!

But she still has a pretty good figure, right?
