While dining on Robertson, Phoebe Price graciously took time out of her lunch to tell photographers that the Enquirer's claim that she has cellulite is "a complete and utter lie!"

Despite the fact that the mag featured X17's photos of the star in a bikini, where the evidence of her cellulite is pretty irrefutable, Phoebs said she "just had to laugh" when she saw the false representation of her cottage cheese.

Then, of course, she just had to pose with the offending pix.

The one-time guest star on The X Files (uh-huh, das right!) ate at Joan's on Third before taking her puppy for a little stroll... right in front of the photogs, of course!

Phoebe Price tends to be all smiles and self-promotion whenever we spot her out and about - but when someone messes with her car, she's all business!

When we caught up with Phoebe Price on Robertson Boulevard yesterday afternoon, the sexy redhead was taking the time to pose by a dent in her car from a recent fender-bender. That's our Phoebe - turning tragedy into opportunity!

As it turned out, however, that wasn't the last we saw of Phoebe - not by a long shot! After showing off the damage that had been done to her car, Phoebs decided to do a little damage to her checkbook and indulge in a little shopping while she was in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, she had a little bit of a wardrobe malfunction as she tried on a short dress and accidentally got a little cheeky - much to the paps' approval!

Phoebe Price couldn't resist indulging in a little self-promotion when we bumped into her out in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon - in only a little more than a minute, she managed to plug for her fragrance line and model her outfit! (Of course, she managed to sneak in a shout-out to X17, too - where do you find the time, Phoebe?)

We also spotted Rick Fox quietly taking his family to LACMA for a little culture. Guess not everyone craves the spotlight!

Britney Spears' release from the UCLA Medical Center was the talk of the town yesterday - and boy, were the stars ready to weigh in on the matter!

Phoebe Price, for instance, was so touched by Britney's breakdown that she interrupted her Bebe photo shoot to speak compassionately on the subject. Phoebe seemed particularly moved by Britney's separation from her children, speculating that getting her kids back might spur Brit to "get the help that she needs."

Jason Davis, meanwhile, was a little more flippant about the situation when we bumped into him leaving the Ivy - all he could talk about was Britney's British accent. (Then again, Jason wouldn't answer any questions about his friend Lindsay Lohan, either - maybe he's just shy when it comes to celebs?)

Of course, not everyone was eager to talk about Britney - Jamie Pressley and Eric Cubiche, for instance, hurried away from our cameras without giving their opinions, and Bai Ling was occupied with ringing in the Chinese New Year at Mr. Chow's. (And some folks didn't even have Britney on the brain at all - at least one young lady's mind was still on Super Tuesday!)
