Still peeved over her denial to the Chanel concept store grand opening last week, Phoebe Price has now threatened to sue fashion giant Chanel if they don't issue her a public apology and fire the head of the LA pr department!

Phoebs, who wanted to give us a "word to the wise", repeated her threat over and over again to make sure all us wise people knew the Phoebster wasn't joking around.
