Priceless!
On Sunday afternoon Phoebe Price had a productive day of running errands, posing for pictures and prancing around on the beach in Malibu, but one thing not on her schedule? Getting flashed by a fan!
Apparently Phoebe didn't even know the guy -- he asked to have his pic taken with the star and when the cameras started snapping his girlfriend pulled down his pants and showed us his frank and beans!
But she still has a pretty good figure, right?
