The dog kinda looks like a cane corso or maybe a presa canario or canary dog. Its not going to attack someone they are sweet dogs. If it was mean im sure she would not just let it be walking around.
That is the ugliest/scariest f*ing dog I've ever seen. It looks like one of those evil vampire dogs from Resident Evil.

It's a Cane Corso. Someone mentioned Corso or Presa but it has the tail docked and Presas don't have docked tails.
We have two Corsos and a Presa.

Even wearing those big glasses everytime, her hybrid tranny face still remains a problem. Perhaps a paper bag would go with that ensemble? I mean, it’s not as though that fug face demonstrates any intelligence or personality so there's really nothing to miss!
