What? Still no pregnancy announcement from Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane?

I know this isn't the case, but wouldn't it be funny if Rebecca was one of those women who didn't even know they were pregnant until she went into labor?

Ok, maybe not so much. But come on, that belly is getting big!

Okay, so when are Rebecca and Eric finally going to announce that Becky's preggers? I mean, really!

The happy couple recently checked out homes in Hollywood on Tuesday. They seemed to take a liking to the remodeled Mediterranean above, having spent more than 30 minutes inside looking around and chatting with the real estate agent.

We hope these parents-to-be make the big announcement soon -- before Rebecca's belly bursts out of her maternity top and tells us itself!

A preggers Rebecca Gayheart - come on, they really need to make an announcement ASAP! - lunched at La Conversation in the BH yesterday afternoon, sans hubby Eric Dane. She's positively glowing! But I guess being pregnant does that to you...

Rebecca Gayheart and baby daddy Eric Dane have still yet to confirm the pregnancy, but Rebecca's smile, not to mention her growing bump, say it all.

Maybe they're just waiting to make the announcement to see if they'll have to make a $$$ deal for the baby pix, or if they'll win the 1 mil they're asking for in their suit over the naked tape!

Kari Ann Peniche, the woman who was exxxposed in the "naked tape" with expectant parents Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart denied former rehab roommate Mindy McCready's claims that's she's a madam and a prostitute.

“I’ve never been a madam. I’ve never been a prostitute,” Kari Ann told Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson. “Mindy is the craziest person I have ever met in my entire life. Like, she’s insane.”

But although Kari Ann fervently denied the claims, she didn't seem willing to go too far to clear her not-so-good name.

"To say somebody is a prostitute is libelous,” Shaun told Peniche. “Nobody’s suing Mindy for saying these things, these liable, horrible things. Why? Why is that not happening?”

“I don’t know… I have no idea,” Kari Ann began. "But what am I going to gain from it? You know?”

"Your reputation," Shaun replied. (Well played, Robinson.)

“I just think the truth is the truth,” Kari Ann replied. “Karma is like good enough and you know, I mean if it continues then you know maybe I’ll have to do something about that.”

Yeah, after that, we really believe that "karma" is currency Kari Ann trades in!

A preggers Rebecca Gayheart and a gal pal were spotted in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon and, I might add, Becca was positively glowing! Think she's gonna have a girl or a boy or twins like everyone else?

And Rebecca's not looking so bad either!

Eric and his baby mama Rebecca weren't dishing any deets on their pregnancy, but the glow on both their faces say it all!

Naked tape star Rebecca Gayheart shopped at Bristol Farms the other afternoon wearing a, dare I say, maternity top? Just saying!

The ever-expanding Rebecca Gayheart and her hot hubby had a feast at Madeo Sunday night, where the preggers star half-heartedly tried to hide her bump behind a doggy bag.

Yeah, give it up, Rebecca, at the rate you're growing, there's no hiding it now!

A glowingly preggers Rebecca Gayheart visited the Tao of Venus Women's Wellness Center in Westwood, which takes an eastern approach to pregnancy, using acupuncture and massage to combat symptoms like morning sickness.

But judging from Rebecca's smile, we can't imagine she's experiencing too much discomfort...or maybe the Tao of Venus treatments are working!

Although Rebecca and Eric have yet to announce their pregnancy, we know it's coming soon. They probably just want to get a little distance from the naked tape scandal before they share their happy news!

Eric Dane's wife made sure to cover up her pregnant bod during a trip to Sunset Tan Wednesday afternoon, but we know better. That long flowy dress can't hide the truth!

We saw this one coming!

Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart filed a lawsuit today against Gawker.com for "maliciously" posting and distributing photos and video from their naked tape with Kari Ann Peniche. The couple is asking for $1 mil in damages AND for the vid to be pulled.

But Gawker's publisher Nick Denton isn't backing down! He tweeted this in response:

"To quote the great Marty Singer - Eric Dane's lawyer - if you don't want a sex tape on the internet, 'don't make one!'"

Burn! Hmm, are you pro-Eric and his preggers wife or pro-Gawker in this sitch?

She may have kept mum on the subject when X17online asked her to confirm that she's preggers today in West Hollywood, but as you can see, a picture's worth a thousand words!

This bump is seriously getting too big to hide, especially when Rebecca insists on wearing dresses/long tops over jeans. And just yesterday Eric issued a telling comment to X17online on how happy he'd be to have a child...guess we know for sure why he was smiling!

X17online was the first to break the news of Gayheart's apparent pregnancy almost a month ago! And even though Rebecca declined to address the obvious, she had an obvious glow, keeping a smile on her face even when we asked her about whether or not she thought that "naked tape" would affect her career!

Other websites are FINALLY catching up with X17online! We were the first to report that Rebecca Gayheart was pregnant nearly a month ago, and now our fellow media outlets are finally getting the hint. In the past week, there have been stories that Rebecca and hubby Eric Dane are expecting their first child together, as the actress was spotted going to an appointment at her OB/GYN a few days ago.

We first reported the news when we caught the naked tape loving couple on a romantic vacay in Santa Barbara last month, and since then, Rebecca has been wearing lots of loose maternity style clothes, fueling the rumors that she's with child.

Rebecca is reportedly seeking fertility treatments, and it looks like it's working! Not only does she have that pregnancy glow, but that sure looks like one heck of a bump to us!

So when will we get that happy announcement from these two? Stay tuned!

We just snapped Eric "It's Not A Sex Tape" Dane and his partner-in-crime Rebecca at Bristol Farms getting some last minute supplies for a Labor Day BBQ and don't they look thrilled!

If I were a body language expert (and let's face it, pretty much anyone can be these days), I would say that from the way Eric's letting her push the cart while he enjoys his Rockstar, they are totally fighting right now! And from the b*tchface she's giving him as she clutches the cake she just purchased at Bristol, it's totally because she's preggers and having a crazy hormonal episode!
