Reese Defends Photog In Attack

Reese Witherspoon went to the police today to defend an innocent photographer after she witnessed a fight between two paps (not ours) in Brentwood while on a jog this morning with a friend.

Around 9 am, Reese was running on San Vicente Blvd., when one photographer attacked another right in front of her.

"One guy got enraged when he thought the other photographer had moved in on his story, so he jumped him," says an X17online photog on the scene. "Reese was pretty much done jogging so she got into her car, and pulled up to a police vehicle. She rolled down her window to talk to the cop, told the police she witnessed the attack, and that the pap who was jumped was innocent!"

There were no major injuries in the fight, thank goodness, but it's nice to know that Reese went out of her way to defend the innocent!
