Look at her hands. Look at how clenched they are. Her body language says ready for a fight. She is rich, but she is unhappy and angry. Anger obviously burns the fat

It's the fact that she's wearing heels and also wearing black(makes you look thinner)! Besides she is petite anyway!
As the other posters have mentioned your trying create drama where there is none, sure certain stresses can effect eating habits and subsequently loss or gain weight. Also actress's & actors are routinely gaining or lossing weight for particulars roles they are trying to get cast in! Quit making something out of nothing!
