I thought the guy was sober but staying sober isn't easy. Hopefully, this is the wake up call he needed and thank God no one was hurt. When are people going to learn that if you are going to get drunk stay the hell out of your car? Every drunk thinks they are sober enough to still drive home. You want to party, that's fine. But don't put other people's lives in jeopardy and don't listen to that stupid little drunk voice in your head that says "Your okay to drive." Eventually everyone gets caught. Then add two minors to the mix. Should be interesting to see what the Judge does with this one. In my state he would be going to jail for drunk driving and child endangerment. You fail to get the message after 2 trips to rehab, it's pretty much a given that this guy's addiction needs some serious ass kicking.
