Pam's soon-to-be-ex, Rick Salomon, got slapped with a $65 dollar ticket on his Bentley outside of Villa Thursday night.
Maybe if he indulged in fewer "Happy Meals", he'd remember to feed his meter!
What was he doing parking at a meter anyway? With a car like that, and with as much money as he has, shouldn't he valet?
