Rihanna, Chris Brown No-Shows and No-Wins At NAACP Awards
Not surprisingly, Chris Brown and Rihanna skipped out on last night's NAACP awards, where they were nominated for outstanding male and outstanding female (respectively).
Rihanna was beat out by Beyonce in her category, and the outstanding male award, which Brown won last year, went to Jamie Foxx this year.
Big winners of the night included an emotional Jennifer Hudson (who won for both new artist, duo for her collab with Fantasia and album), Grey's Anatomy and Tyler Perry.
There is never a "good time" for domestic violence, but it's even sadder that Rihanna has to miss out on all the awards shows because of what happened to her. And will Chris ever be able to show his face again?
