1. Because this is her first real appearance since "you know what", and they feel bad for her.

and 2. People in general (lay persons) just assume this sort of outfit is very high fashion, so they simply accept it because they think it is "edgy".

Well, actually it was brave of her to come out with an original outfit like that, and I agree that I surprisingly actually like it! I was surprised that I did but I think it could lose the bowtie. And she really doesn't need any of our opinions, she is ritch and famous and a bad reviews on one outfit realy dont matter. I bet every one of you people that has been rude about this outfit has probably worn something much less original and to be honest, this is what high fashion looks like: RUNWAY STUFF, you don't expect people to actually wear it, but I think it is very great that she has the courage and the self-esteem to do it even with the media and you guys all up in her face about everything she does.I don't think she's a great singer, but i give her props for trying as hard as she did and becoming successful, because that in itself is extremely hard.
