All I am going to say is you can't get symmetrical injuries from a fight, especially in car where there is too many angles and not direct on hit opportunities. He might have hit her, but the bulk of her injuries came from the dash. Her face had to hit the dash because she had two of everything. CSI would tell you those injuries came from a blunt impact not multiple fist.
