We snapped Ashlee Simpson's ex with steady girlfriend (and Elvis' granddaughter) Riley Keough over the weekend as the duo shopped for men's underwear at Bloomingdales. Even though it's not the most romantic activity, we must admit - these two do make a pretty cute couple!
