X17 readers aren't the only peeps obsessed with Twilight's Rob Pattinson - just look at all these screaming fans outside the film's premiere in Westwood last night! A source on the scene says that not only were teenage girls screaming for Rob, they were also screaming for "Edward." Edward?
Why, that's the name of Rob's character in the film - Edward Cullen. Guess they really are just screaming for Rob!
And don't forget about Cam Gigandet! He was there too, lookin' pretty fine himself!
Remember Nikki Reed? So cute.
