Grindhouse star Rose McGowan left her Beverly Hills hair salon yesterday looking perfectly pretty... except for that awful cast on her foot! Luckily she had a pal to keep her from falling over back to the car.

Are we the only ones that like Rose? She seems to have so many haters! We've been a fan since Scream and we heart her still!

We spotted Rose McGowan and her dog outside of the Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills yesterday, and we can't help but wonder if someone needs to take Rose for a walk - it looks like she's about to pop a squat!

Rose McGowan took her sweet time last night making her exit from Cut last night, taking a few minutes to sign autographs and give the photogs some cute faces. The only problem? Rose's generosity kept her former director Robert Rodriguez - behind her in line to leave - stuck in the parking until she was done!

Sorry, Robert - but after all the movies you've made in your career, you oughtta be used to actresses making you wait

Spotting the shopping starlet outside of Barney's, Rose turned the tables on photogs, snapping pictures of them with her iPhone.

As she got in her car and pulled away from the department store, she even stopped to say hello to one of our guys, which she apparently knew by name!

Rose McGowan boyfriend looked awfully smitten with her director boyfriend Robert Rodriguez leaving Il Sole last night...maybe a little too much so - is she trying too hard to ditch the "home-wrecker" moniker?

Rose McGowan's usually so sweet to our photogs that they walk away with cavities - but yesterday, she clearly wasn't in the mood! The Death Proof starlet shot us one murderous stink-eye when we rolled up to chat with her outside the dentist's office. (Then again, we can't blame her too much - after all, we're hardly beacons of sunshine and light when we've got appointments with the dentist!)

Yep - it's official! We ran into Rose McGowan as she left the Neil George Salon after taking care of some unfinished business last night, and it didn't take us long for the Death Proof diva to sell us on her new coif's charms completely! (Of course, Rose's indomitably sweet attitude towards our photogs didn't hurt - seriously, she's like a girl version of Lionel Richie!)

One of our eagle-eyed X17 commenters noticed that both Reese Witherspoon and Rose McGowan were wearing the same black eyelet mini-dress. So who wore it better? Reese with lady-like peep-toe pumps and black leather bag or Rose with nude wedges and matching tote?

Would still look as good! We spotted the former goth, then red-head, now strawberry blonde starlet on her way too and from the Neil George Salon. And, like most of Hollywood, she had something to say on the subject of Ms. Spears.
