It's about time one of these Hollywood clubs declined a minor at the door!
The law is the law and if they allow underage minors in the door, they should accept 100% liability for what happens to them. Since there seems to be an outbreak of underage people allowed in certain clubs, perhaps it would be wise of the police to be present to check ids.
Why would the parents of Rumer, who know that just about everyone know her age allow her to party like this?
She is another wreck waiting for a place to happen if she isn't reeled in now.

How about fining these clubs too, the police know which ones allow minors in so turn them into to the proper agency.
