The kids are dirty they look like they have been out playing all day. He has a playground in his backyard too. He knows how much they hate to be photographed so he wouldn't take them to a park just so he could be seen as a good dad. He only takes them out when he has to like to get food.

He could go shopping all week when he is off and Reese has them, prepare in advance and he doesn't. He knows they will be photograped going to this whole foods, just go back and check how many times they get snapped. There are other whole foods and he could limit the food shopping trips when he has them every other weekend.

You would be shocked how many things Reese does with her kids that don't make it to sites like this, yoga, eating out, school trips, shopping, going to movies, playing in sporting events, flying in and out of airports.
She allows them to live a normal life, which means leaving the house and doing things with other kids, no kids wants to play in there backyard, they want to do things with friends and parks, beaches, fairs and so on. If your a kid what do want to do, hang out in the backyard all day and food shop, or do things like goto music events with friends at the jazz bakery, play in the park with your friends, take surfing lessons at the beach with friends, go trick or treating with your friends, got to fairs with friends, got to disney land with your friends. Ryan probably goes to the grocery store when he gets his kids. Being a single bachlor he probably doesn't have his kitchen stocked up. Plus, doesn't Reese like to give the kids certain foods? The food shopping thing is a family activity. At our house, we would all get together to make our list, and then we would go to the store and the kids loved to "help" with the shopping. They were very sensible about it. I even gave them some money ($2) to buy something they really wanted. Now they are getting ready for college and they say it was one of the fun things we did as a family. We also cooked together. You can make anything a fun family activity. You don't always have to spend money going out to events and stuff. My kids are a blessing. Ryan has the right idea. So does Reese. I agree with Anon. 7:35.
