accusing Lindsay of ruining her chance to solo stardom ? Sam should lnow by herslef that Lindsay's constant appearances at her dj-gigs (all over the world) really made her a famous dj.
Before she dated Lindsay she was a (mostly LA-based) club dj. When she really began dating Lindsay (let's say end 2007/begin 2008) she didn't have a VERY BUSY schedule...she had a lot of time to shop/diner/going out with Lindsay...the last half year she has a busy dj-schedule...Lindsay joined most of her gigs last year, so there came a lot of people. And through this Sam had the opportunity the build up her own fanbase. She should thank LL for that.
Lindsay really gave up a year of her own life/career to work on Sam's career.
So, i think Lindsay really has a point. It's now time for her career again and Sam could support her now more, like Lindsay did support her last year. But it looks to me Sam's really focussed on her own career right now. Cause if something went wrong between her and Lindz, Sam still has her DJ-gigs to keep her famous. I dunno, but i think lindsay deserves more support from Sam.
But again, i think that article is BS.

you're right, now she must support Lindsay's career more...Lindsay was very important for sam's career. it's not mean, but just the truth. Lindsay even was very important for her fashiondesigner-sisters's career. When she attended her fashionshows (even walking hand in hand over the catwalk with her sis), people began to pay attention to her sis.
Sam REALLY looked focussed on her own career right now, what's maybe not fair towards Lindz.
everybody remembering that warrent-arrest against (for not attending AA-class or something) lindsay some time ago ? it was nothing and her lawyer had solve it in a short time, but Lindsay felt very stressed about it some days before court. Remember she was hiding in sam's house for a couple of days ? In those days sam went to a dj-gig in another town and lindsay was mad about it, cause she felt alone and she would appreciate it at the time that sam stayed with her. But sam just went dj-ing, cause she felt it was more important. Lindsay posted an angry twitter about it (something like: really, do you always have to dj?). When sam returned home that broken window accident took place. Well, i'm more on Lindsay's site. I would be pissed too. I mean, 'once' cancelling a gig because of personal circumstances and to support your love can't be too hard. Lindsay really needed her support those days. It looks she always has to stand up for herself. No parents to rely on and on that time no partner to rely on...don't forget the kid is 22.
Think about it.

I'm sure sam must be sweet to Lindsay, but she should protect /support Lindsay more...even from rumours (about stalking)in the media. Lindsay can't do it on her own.

The reason Sam's dj jobs have picked up is because DJ AM QUIT DJ'ING!!! HELLO! DJ AM was the top DJ in LA and Vegas. When he quit working Sam, who was second most popular, stepped up to fill in the gap left by DJ AM. Sure having Lindsay around didn't hurt Sam but Sam would have succeeded as a dj even if Lindsay was never in the picture. Its called the law of supply and demand.
