Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans and Samuel L. Jackson are promoting Captain America: The Winter Soldier in Asia, and yesterday the trio stopped by Beijing, China to attend a fan event at the popular retail and dining complex Taikooli. They then participated in a press conference that was broadcasted live to fans outside, and the stars spent quite a bit of time signing autographs and posting for photos with fans.

Though she gave us a peek at her baby bump earlier this month in Los Angeles, ScarJo kept her tummy covered up in an Antonio Bernardi top and skirt combo.

She's def got that glow though!

Pregnant Scarlett Johansson Is Red Hot At The Captain America: Winter Soldier Paris Premiere

Mar 17, 2014 04:00 PM

We aren't sure if it's her skin or the flash from the cameras -- but Scarlett Johansson is glowing!

The pregnant star turned up the heat at the Paris premiere of her new film Captain America: Winter Soldier on Monday night. The mom-to-be dressed her growing baby bump in a red suit with black lapels. The 29-year-old Tony winner accessorized the sophisticated look and silver heels and a clutch with an open mouth on it. Even when she's pregnant, ScarJo knows how to keep it sexy!

The Avengers star, who debuted her baby bump at the Hollywood premiere of Captain America: The Winter Soldier last Thursday, is expecting her first child with French journalist beau Romain Dauriac. The pair got engaged back in September 2013 but according to Johansson's rep, "They haven't chosen a date for the wedding."

In other slightly more scandalous news, ScarJo recently chatted with MTV about her full frontal nude scenes in the upcoming film, Under The Skin. In the movie Scarlett plays an alien who goes around picking up men to eat, hence the sexually charged scenes.

"The nudity is written in to the script and I hope the audience agrees that it's, you know, it's not really indulging," she said. "It's almost like biological in a weird way, I think, and there is a lot of intention behind it." Still, she admitted to being a little bit nervous about it all. "You know, I'm not a nudist by nature so of course you feel self-conscious about it beforehand. But it actually allowed me to realize and explore what kind of judgments I had about myself because I had to abandon those and really see myself as blank sort of slate and it was an interesting exercise for sure." We're not complaining...

Scarlett Johansson Breaks Her Silence On Woody Allen/Dylan Farrow Scandal

Mar 17, 2014 10:20 AM

While everyone may be talking about Scarlett Johansson's baby bump, ScarJo is finally talking about her mentor Woody Allen. The pregnant actress has broken her silence on Allen's public feud with daughter Dylan Farrow, who wrote a piece for the New York Times last month in which she alleged the famed director sexually abused her when she was seven years old.

In the piece, the 28-year-old called Johansson and a number of other celebs including Emma Stone, Alec Baldwin, Cate Blanchett and Diane Keaton, asking, "What if I had been your child?"

The Tony award-winning actress has finally spoken up about being named, saying, "I think it's irresponsible to take a bunch of actors that will have a Google alert on and to suddenly throw their name into a situation that none of us could possibly knowingly comment on," the 29-year-old Avengers actress told the Guardian. "That just feels irresponsible to me."

When asked if the scandal had affected her relationship with the 77-year-old director, the bombshell said, "I don't know anything about it. It would be ridiculous for me to make any kind of assumption one way or the other."

Johansson also seems both unaware and unfazed by backlash against the Oscar-winning filmmaker in the wake of the media coverage. "I'm unaware that there's been a backlash. I think he'll continue to know what he knows about the situation, and I'm sure the other people involved have their own experience with it," said the newly engaged star. "It's not like this is somebody that's been prosecuted and found guilty of something, and you can then go, 'I don't support this lifestyle or whatever.' I mean, it's all guesswork."

However, she's a bit more on top of things when it comes to her fitness. When asked about getting in shape for her role as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow, she reveals that it was "boring" but it was hard work. “Salad and chicken and, you know, nothing else, pretty much,” she said with a laugh. “It’s that old tried and true ‘work out like a dude and eat like a rabbit’ [plan].”

Of course, the Captain himself was in fine form as well:

vf-cover-230.jpgIn Vanity Fair's Hollywood issue, Brad Pitt, Scarlett Johansson and Kate Winslet are photographed by American painter and photographer Chuck Close, and there was no makeup allowed!

While Pitt doesn't typically wear makeup when he's out and about with his kids, posing in a lit studio is a different story. The Daily Mail notes that the 50-year-old actor "is known to have facial acne scars," adding that he "is thought to use concealer-type products on a regular basis, as well as heavier make-up when on film sets."

The "raw portraits" were taken with "a rare and impressive 20-by-24-inch Polaroid camera," and in addition to the makeup and stylist ban, there stars were not allowed to bring an entourage with them, transportation was not provided and they had to make do with coffee and a sandwich for lunch. Every actor was required to be available for three hours and there was no leaving early.

Helen Mirren and Oprah Winfrey also participated in the shoot, Close told the mag, "I don’t do glamour shots, and they’re not airbrushed or whatever. So they can be, um…they can be rough. So I need to talk people through it. They have to give up a great deal of vanity in order to do it. And it takes a real act of generosity and faith on the part of the subject to go with it and to give me their image without having any control over what’s gonna happen."
